Siletz Bay Woodworks is his newest adventure creating functional items that are beautiful and made to last. Every item is built with a commitment to our craft.

Don has assembled a large collection of selected kiln dried exotic and North American hardwoods. He recently purchased some 12/4 (3 inch thick) black walnut slabs and some 70-year-old purple heart dimensional lumber with amazing uniform color.

Siletz Bay Woodworks’ artistic cutting boards come in various designs and sizes. Live edge slabs are also repurposed into beautiful charcutier boards many 2 inches thick. All kitchen items are 100% food safe.

The Classic

“The Classic” is a handcrafted, 100% food safe cutting board made from selected clear Eastern Hard Maple, Walnut, and Cherry woods. It is highlighted with a variety of exotic woods that vary between each unique cutting board.

Some exotic woods used to highlight the design are Padauk, Purple Heart, Sapele, Bloodwood and others.

Details: Secured by four rubber feet with stainless steel screws. Finished with chamfered edges both top and bottom. Hand rubbed two stage mineral oil and wax process…. ready to use out of the box!
